Mitigating Overdose Risk & Homeless Outreach

Mitigating overdose risk and homeless outreach are essential to promoting healthier, safer communities. Through a compassionate, harm reduction approach, we provide life-saving resources and basic necessities to individuals experiencing homelessness or impacted by substance use. Our services include Narcan (naloxone), fentanyl test strips, hygiene kits, blankets, socks, warm undergarments, toiletries, and connections to community resources. By meeting people where they are, we help reduce overdose deaths, support overall health and well-being, and provide pathways toward stability, recovery, and hope.
